About Us

Established in January 2004, VCHC is owned and operated by the people it serves. The Board of Directors is comprised of local users of the healthcare services.

VCHC is a Federally Qualified Health Center receiving federal funds to provide access to all people in Larimore, Northwood, Grand Forks and the surrounding communities. These funds are used to provide monetary discounts to the underinsured and uninsured. VCHC is a non-profit, 501 (c) (3) communityowned organization. All donations and contributions are tax deductible. 

Federally Qualified Centers

Valley Community Health Centers receive federal funding which allows us to provide discounted healthcare services to all people in Northwood, Larimore, Grand Forks and the surrounding communities. Federal funds allow us to continuously improve the quality of healthcare we provide. With this type of funding, we can invest in increased staff and additional services such as dental and behavioral health care.
